Collection: Titties & TaTas

October is Beast Cancer month and I wanted to lend our support by teaming up with a local cancer charity by giving back through your purchases.  As you may know, I am a cancer survivor myself, have had several family members and some wonderful friends that have all gone through a cancer diagnosis.  Any way to find a way to cure or aid those that are going through it is a cause close to my heart! 

 For the month of October, each item purchased from the Titties & TaTas Collection, Marni LuHu will donate 10%  of proceeds to South Central Cancer Resource where they provide transportation for cancer patients into Winnipeg, wig and head coverings and other programs that local cancer patients need during their journey.  .

The current 5-year survival rate is now 87%, due in large part to research advancements that have improved early detection, diagnosis and treatment.

But there’s still more work to do. Breast cancer continues to be the most commonly diagnosed cancer and the second leading cause of cancer-related death among Canadian women.

1 in 8 Canadian women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.

An estimated 26,300 Canadian women and 230 men will be diagnosed this year. That’s 72 women every day.
