How to Custom Order

If you are wanting to order a custom jewelry piece and do not see the options available, please contact us and we would love to assist you in any way we can to help you order.

Each piece of jewelry is handmade in my studio. Once payment has been received, please allow 2-4 weeks  (depending on time of year:  Christmas is our busiest!) for your order to be created and shipped out. Please be sure spelling is correct as it will be made exactly as it is ordered. We try hard to get things done a little quicker so it's a pleasant surprise when it arrives early!

If you are ordering a special gift for someone else, please give us plenty of notice so we will both look good!

If you don't see quite what you are looking for on our site or you have an idea of your own, we would love to hear from you! You can reach us by phone at 204-823-2650 during regular business hours (CST).

Do You charge Extra to Have Something Stamped?

We factor stamping into our pricing.  If you wanted something above and beyond what is shown, then there may be an additional nominal fee to do so.

What is the Difference Between Hand-stamping and Engraving?

Hand-stamping is the process of creating an impression in the metal by using a hardened steel letter or symbol and hitting it with a hammer to leave the impression.  Each letter of each word is done one letter at a time.  Sometimes the letters can be slightly askew but just adds character to your piece.

Engraving on the other-hand,  is a process done by machine that scrapes the surface of the metal to leave the design or letter.  This process leaves a perfect impression.  We DO NOT DO ENGRAVING and love the handmade look and feel of the hand-stamped process.

Shipping

We currently ship through Canada Post but are always looking for more cost effective  and efficient shipping methods.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do!  If the rates that populate based on your location seem too high, please contact us directly and we can see if there are better rates available for your location.

How to Care For Your Jewelry

When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry dark place such as a zip lock baggie in your dresser drawer, never in a bathroom with extra moisture.  Jewelry left out will tarnish.  Keep it away from water.  We recommend removing all jewelry before showering, swimming or especially going into a hot tub with chemicals.

Clean your jewelry when needed as it collects your body oils and products such as hairspray, lotions and sunscreen.  As a rule, put your jewels on last, after you have applied all of your body products.

How to Clean Your Jewelry

The best and fastest way is to use one of our cleaning products, either the Sunshine Polishing Cloth or the Shine Brite Silver Dip Liquid.  Please note the shipping restrictions on the Shine Brite.
